  • Abstract
    A Greenʹs function technique is used to investigate the thickness and temperature dependence of the dielectric susceptibility of ferroelectric thin films. Depending on the interaction constants on the surface and on the bulk, the dielectric susceptibility can increase or decrease with the decrease in film thickness.
