Generation of short electrical pulses and millimeter wave oscillations on a resonant tunnel diode nonlinear transmission line

Nonlinear wave propagation effects on a resonant tunnel diode nonlinear transmission line are considered. It is shown by computer experiments that this line can be used for short electrical pulses generation as pairs kink–antikink structures, as well as millimeter wave oscillator.
