Abstract :
This reply discusses the problem of the interpretation of neutron spin-echo experiments on micromulsion droplets. It is explained how shape fluctuations and polydispersity are coupled in these systems in which the total surface area is a fixed quantity. Other interpretations by Lisy and coworkers do not agree with ours on this particular point. This is problably the reason why they obtain unrealistic values of the bending elastic contants, whereas the description that we use leads to excellent agreements with independent determinations of these elastic constants.
