Abstract :
Influence of the structure of carboxyl-containing film-forming materials for anodic electrodeposition on the process of coating preparation has been studied. Electrophoretic composite coatings were obtained with an application of colloid-chemical modification of micellar solutions of the studied oligomers by means of different additives. Various pigments, fillers, enamels with wide color spectrum and organosilicon lacquer were used as modifiers. The content of pigment and film-forming substance was studied in the electrodeposition bath during the turn-over process. The essential differences in kinetics of the coating formation from initial solution and from modified dispersions were established.
