Abstract
ZnO nanoparticles were synthesized by modified sol–gel process. Taguchi analysis was used in this study and the molar concentration ratio of [LiOH]/[Zn(Ac)2] was the most influencing parameter on the particle size and the size distribution. The optimal conditions were determined by using Taguchi robust design method and nano-sized ZnO particles (∼30 nm) were obtained.
