Abstract :
This research is done with the aim of expressing relationship between effective factors on human resources (choice, training, personal activity, job stability, job preparation, remuneration, evaluation of results and participation) with the creativity of Zanjan Iran Transfo personnel in 2012. 4000 person were included for the present research, the assertion of Kokran formula and random sampling 350 were recruited as the participants for the present research. For collecting information, questionnaire was used. Questionnaires validity with the Kronbachʹs ? method for human resources turn function over standard questionnaire of Snel and Wedin (1992) 0.91 and for sipʹs creativity standard questionnaire was 0.90 and also reliability measures were used to test the reliability of the questionnaires that the experts confirmed the questionnaires reliability. Analysis of the information gathered from questionnaires was done with SPSS 18 software, Pearson correlation coefficient, Shapiro - Wilk test and Friedman test. Research findings showed that there is a meaningful relationship between effective factors on human resources in Zanjan Iran Transfo Company and the highest rank is for choice.
