Abstract :
The objective of this study is to determine the impact of emotional intelligence on organizational performance in International Division of Tejarat Bank. The study is descriptive and correlation research that has been conducted to survey. The study population has been consisted of all employees in International Division of Tejarat Bank and 148 subjects have been selected as sample according to Morgan’s table. In order to analyze the data has been used descriptive and inferential statistics and the emotional intelligence and organizational performance questionnaires have been to collect the required data. The findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence with organizational performance and its sub variables as effectiveness, efficiency, productivity, quality and innovation. Also emotional intelligence can forecast organizational performance as positive in International Division of Tejarat Bank (B=0.768).
