Xeroderma pigmentosum

1A 16-year-old boy with light sensitivity and freckle-like lesions on the whole body especially on his hands and face (sun exposed areas) referring to our center. These lesions have begun at the age of 18 months and keratitis and photophobia had started since three years old. His symptoms of freckle and photophobia got worse with sun exposure. His brother died at age of 20 with the same symptoms but his other siblings were healthy and his parents had consanguineous marriage. Due to multiple skin cancer such as melanoma with liver and other metastases expired at the age of 17.
