Irradiation ovarienne pour endométriose réfractaire inopérable

Résumé apportons le cas dʹune patiente ayant une aplasie médullaire et qui consulte pour métrorragies en rapport avec une endométriose sévère réfractaire aux analogues LH–RH. Une irradiation ovarienne à la dose de 12 Gy a été délivrée avec une bonne réponse clinique ; cela a permis dʹéviter une hystérectomie dʹhémostase (± annexectomie) non dénuée de risques sur ce terrain précaire. Dans le cadre de lʹendométriose sévère, lʹirradiation ovarienne et/ou pelvienne peut constituer une alternative thérapeutique efficace, surtout en cas dʹéchec du traitement médicochirurgical. cribe a case of a young woman with a history of an aplastic anaemia in which pelvic radiotherapy was used successfully in the management of a recurrent and inoperable endometriosis.
