Un cas rare de lymphome B diffus primitif de la prostate et revue de la littérature

Résumé inte prostatique au décours d’un lymphome malin non hodgkinien constitue une entité rare, associée le plus souvent à une atteinte extraprostatique. Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient de 72 ans, ayant présenté un lymphome B à grandes cellules primitif limité à la loge prostatique, découvert dans les suites d’une résection endo-uréthrale de prostate. L’association d’une chimiothérapie et d’une irradiation externe a permis l’obtention d’un contrôle local à long terme. y malignant non-hodgkin lymphoma involving the prostate is rare. Most of the time, it is associated with extraprostatic disease. We report a case of a 72-year-old patient presenting with acute lower urinary tract irritative symptoms, due to large B-cell lymphoma limited to the prostate. Combination of chemotherapy with extern beam radiotherapy provided long-term local control.
