Traitement et prévention des radiodermites aiguës

Résumé iodermite aiguë est l’effet secondaire le plus fréquent de la radiothérapie. Elle est parfois limitante en imposant l’arrêt du traitement avec perte du bénéfice thérapeutique. Il n’existe pas actuellement de consensus concernant la prise en charge des radiodermites, que ce soit sur le plan curatif ou préventif. Il est important de connaître les mesures hygiénodiététiques à prodiguer à tout patient candidat à la radiothérapie. Ainsi, la sensibilisation avant la mise en route de la radiothérapie et la prise en charge thérapeutique dermatologique rapide et adéquate dès l’apparition des premiers signes cutanés constituent les deux piliers fondamentaux de la bonne prise en charge de cet effet secondaire. radiation dermatitis is a common side-effect of radiotherapy which often necessitates interruption of the therapy. Currently, there is no general consensus about its prevention or about the treatment of choice. The goal of this work was to focus on optimal methods to prevent and manage acute skin reactions related to radiation therapy and to determine if there are specific topical or oral agents for the prevention of this acute skin reaction. The prevention and the early treatment are the two focus points of the management of the acute radiation dermatitis.
