Carcinome à petites cellules de l’ovaire

Résumé cinome à petites cellules de l’ovaire de type hypercalcémiant est rare. Nous rapportons le cas d’une patiente âgée de 34 ans, qui consultait pour des douleurs pelviennes. L’imagerie a mis en évidence une volumineuse masse de l’ovaire droit. La patiente a eu une annexectomie droite puis une hystérectomie totale, annexectomie gauche, curage iliaque et lombo-aortique et biopsie du Douglas. L’examen anatomopathologique a conclu à un carcinome à petites cellules de l’ovaire de type hypercalcémiant stade IA de la classification internationale de gynécologie-obstétrique (Figo) de 2009. La patiente a reçu par la suite six cycles de chimiothérapie adjuvante puis une radiothérapie pelvienne. Le carcinome à petites cellules de l’ovaire est une pathologie très rare. Son traitement doit associer une chirurgie optimale, une chimiothérapie et une radiothérapie. Son pronostic reste défavorable malgré un traitement agressif et multimodal. act cell carcinoma of the ovary of the hypercalcemic type is a rare tumor. We report a case in a 34-year-old patient, revealed by a pelvic pain. The imaging found a large mass of the right ovary. The patient had right oophorectomy and total hysterectomy, a left oophorectomy, pelvic and a para-aortic lymphadenectomy. She subsequently received 6 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy followed by pelvic radiation therapy. The hypercalcemic small cell carcinoma of the ovary is a rare disease of poor prognosis. Treatment approaches include surgery, chemotherapy with the addition of radiotherapy.
