Abstract :
A short synthesis of 4″-(S)-4″-deoxy-4″-trifluoroacetylamino-4″-alkylcarbamoyl-avermectin B1 4 has been developed through the diastereoselective Ugi reaction to an phenylsulfinimide intermediate.
