Abstract :
The first single crystal X-ray analysis of the heterodimer of tetraaryl- and tetratosylurea calix[4]arenes was reported, which revealed the real pattern of the hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the heterodimer showed good encapsulation abilities for some organic molecules in CDCl3.
