  • Abstract
    A novel proline and DABCO co-catalyzed reaction between unmodified α,β-unsaturated aldehydes and nitrostyrenes, which gives access to α-(1-aryl-2-nitro)ethyl-α,β-unsaturated aldehydes, is presented.
