Abstract :
In this paper we seek for a way to allow us to compare strategic plans of organizations hen analyze them. For this purpose, the strategic implications of the management (Gavoori & Gorteg Ham (2002)) have been applied including: vision, insight, scenario, values and competency - orientation. High relations and level of interaction among these implications allowed the researcher to investigate them in strategic plans of Khorasan Razavi organizations. The sampling method for this research is cluster sampling. This research is applied regarding its goal and is of descriptive- survey kind and is a correlation research using causal model .This paper began with five main hypotheses and required data for analysis collected through questionnaire. Standard questionnaire was used as data collection instrument used in Asan and Soyer’s work in 2009 in University of Istanbul, Turkey and published in Sign Direct journal. Descriptive statistical methods and inferential statistics have been used to describe data. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to approve or reject a hypothesis. Data analysis has been performed through LISREL and SPSS software.
