Abstract
Summary
aper reports the effects and related factors of nurse teachers’ job satisfaction. Much of the research to date has focused on the factors of job satisfaction with recent studies providing some evidence about its predictors. However, little research has focused on the effects of job satisfaction on individual nurse teachers or from an organizational or student perspective despite the growing global shortage of nurse teachers. The challenge and potential direction of research are discussed and it is argued that there is a need to establish a comprehensive model of job satisfaction and measure the impact of nurse teachers’ job satisfaction from the perspective of key stakeholders.
