Abstract :
In conclusion, several questions regarding the management of patients with neurally mediated syncope remain unanswered. Our data documented a significant decrease in the frequency of syncopal episodes after diagnosis and counseling for neurocardiogenic dysfunction. However, caution is recommended in extrapolating these results to the entire population with syncope.
