Abstract
Thus, systolic flow velocity is relatively predominant over diastolic velocity in the proximal RCA and right ventricular branch in patients with normal systolic PA pressure, and the amount of systolic flow velocity reduction in the proximal RCA and right ventricular branch is inversely related to the level of pulmonary hypertension.
