  • Abstract
    Sotalol caused similar proportional changes in ventricular effective refractory period at both 600 and 300 ms cycle lengths. There is no evidence for clinically significant reverse-use dependence on ventricular refractoriness at normal versus rapid heart rates in the intact human heart.
