Abstract :
The upper turnover site of the reentry circuit of common AF is anterior to the orifice of the superior vena cava. The reentrant excitation wavefront seems to circulate along the entire tricuspid annulus around anatomic (i.e., orifices of superior and inferior vena cava) and functional obstacles between the orifices as proposed previously.18
