In a retrospective, cohort design, clinical usage of digoxin, diuretic, and angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor was assessed in all patients readmitted over a 36-month period for congestive heart failure (CHF) diagnostic-related group (DRG) 127.
