Abstract :
A facile method for the synthesis of steroidal D-ring fused pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines through a microwave mediated reaction between steroidal β-bromovinyl aldehydes and pyrazoloamines using palladium(II) catalyst has been described.
