Abstract
Self-diffusion coefficient ( D m 0 ) , interaction parameter (kf) and hydrodynamic radius ( R h m ) of water insoluble PEO–PPO–PEO triblock copolymer (mol. wt. 2800) micelles in SDS micellar environment and vice versa were determined for the first time using cyclic voltammetric (CV) technique. The R h m values obtained in present investigation by CV method are in good agreement with transport and DLS studies made by us recently. The half-wave potential (E1/2) of ferrocene in SDS micelles was 0.25–0.26 V. However, the above E1/2 values obtained in PEO–PPO–PEO polymer/SDS mixed micellar environments were in the range 0.45–0.50 V.
