Abstract :
Using electron beam lithography (EBL) to nanofabricate model catalysts, we can prove that a standard probe molecule solely adsorbs along the rim of supported CuO cluster samples. Therefore, taking advantage of EBL, the active sites on the catalyst surface were identified using a simple kinetics technique.
