Trying to solve the cultural distance paradox: A commentary essay

This commentary essay examines and discusses Chang, Kao, Kuo and Chiuʹs paper “How cultural distance influences entry mode choice: The contingent role of host countryʹs governance quality.” This study makes a noteworthy contribution to entry mode literature by analyzing the moderating effect of host countryʹs governance quality on the role that cultural distance plays on the choice of entry mode.
