Abstract :
In this paper, a brief investigation on biological networks is proposed. Due to it, basic definitions are presented and details are illustrated.
Different types of biological networks are talked, too. They are: protein-protein interaction networks, gene regulatory networks (DNA-protein interaction networks), metabolic networks, signaling networks, neuronal network and food webs.
Giving a brief and general look to biological networks is aimed in this study. It is avoided from investigating the concepts in high details.
