Abstract :
In this article, a new theoretical model was proposed to describe the evolution process of dynamic molecular structure in pure liquid water. Based on the assumption that there is a considerable concentration of ion-pairs in pure liquid water, a cationic polymerization reaction system initiated by the ion-pairs had been detailedly discussed. According to the model, the main chemical components and their dynamic molecular structure in pure liquid water, in whole or at least in part, are the products of the cationic polymerization reaction system. Some experimental evidences had been presented to support the assumption and the conclusion above.
