Abstract :
To improve the return on that size investment of that company, the top management needs to use marketing research in top level decision making (Keane, 1969). Marketing research is complicated, it requires answers to many questions, and tough decisions come up at each step in the process. (Churchill, 2009). A company has to choose the better way, the good research method to enhance decision making. Marketing research gives managers and CEOs an edge that is particularly useful in competitive markets or during tough economic times. (Churchill, 2009). A marketing research objective is to provide meaningful decision-making information.
