Abstract
The subject of this paper is crisis management. The purpose of this paper is to examine the concept of crisis management, the definition of organizational crisis, crisis and critical situation, crisis features, crisis type, crisis management activities, the overall objectives of crisis management, the model recommended, the functions and features of the crisis manager. The documentary – analytical is implemented. Findings show that the concept of crisis means an event which happens naturally or suddenly and increasingly due to the human being and imposes the human society some hardness and pressure such that the basic and extraordinary measures are needed to resolve the situation. Also, there are three different stages of crisis management including: before the crisis, during the crisis and after the crisis. The crisis management should determine some activities and measures for each basic step and explain the tasks and services individually. Therefore, it is recommended that with regard to vulnerability, these activities must be constantly reviewed in order to perform all necessary steps to crisis and help to improve the situation.
