Abstract
In the recent decade, the need for designing very small digital circuits has led scientists to create some compounds using small molecular structures which can play the role of a logic gate in the electronic circuits. Using carbon nanotubes, biomolecules and benzene rings is an evident example of these cases. In this paper, there is an attempt to design logic based gates such as NOT, AND and OR as well as Flip Flop as the smallest memory unit using the basic structure of benzene rings. The proposed molecule is one of the best suggested structures since changes in the distance and angle of atoms relative to each other due to changes in environmental conditions does not change circuit performance and can properly work with every primary driver electric field. In this article, DFT methods were used for calculating and optimizing.
