Abstract :
The infinite dilution activity coefficients of ether (diethyl ether, methyl tertiary butyl ether, or diisopropyl ether) in alkane (octane, tetradecane, or hexadecane) were measured in the region of 10–40°C using the gas stripping method. The experimental results were correlated by a typical group-contribution model, ASOG.
