Abstract :
This paper Investigated the effect of organizational culture on empowering employees of shahid Beheshti University. Descriptive - survey method is used at this study. Statistical society included all employees of shahid Beheshti University about 900 people. Using Koukran formula 269 people were selected as sample volume randomly to reply Denison (2000) organizational culture questionnaire and Mishre (1992) empowering questionnaire. Researcher has used descriptive and Presumption method to analyze data. For presumption analysis, Kelmogrof, Smirnof, Speirman correlation test and Freidman test have been used.
