Abstract :
This study aimed to explaining the schools management effectiveness based on schools output components. The study was conducted in the survey type. The statistic society included all of the Iranian principals. The number of the sample volume was considered 500 principals by using the purposeful sampling method based on equalization. The required data have been collected by questionnaire in survey method. The data analyzed by the factor analysis in type of principal components. Based on the factorial analysis results, two factors related to schools management effectiveness were recognized and named as Immediate Outcomes and Creating Added Value. Also, the results have shown that there is a significant relation between the factors, and these factors can explaining schools management effectiveness.
