  • Abstract
    We report the microwave-assisted rapid synthesis of dialkyl 2-alkyl-5-aryl-1H-pyrrole-3,4-dicarboxylates in good yields from reaction of N-aroyl alpha-amino acids and dialkyl acetylendicarboxylates in the presence of anhydride acetic as a dehydrating agent.
