Investigation of Religious Legitimation of Pyramid Companies

Activity of pyramid companies in Iran is an economic event which has entered Iran in recent few years and attracted some advocates. It has caused some difficulties in cultural, security and economic domains due to cultural and social structure of Iran. Pyramid transactions have been attended to by contemporary religious scholars due to novelty in traditional Feqh. Some Faqihs regard transactions of such companies as religiously forbidden in the initial and secondary decrees but some others believe that in primary religious decrees, there is no problem in this type of transactions. So, the present study aims to investigate legitimation of plans of pyramid companies in Feqh principles of Iran.
