The Respect to the achieved Rights in the Internal and Internatioonal law

The respect to the achieved rights has been always consideredin the history as well as in the human’s wishes to the fair. Theprinciples can be found in the usual principles in the society,the moral and logical rights. The other issue is that the right oftrade man is not just defined in the internal law, instead theyhave been always considered in the international, private lawwhile it presents the transfer law and the contradiction ofmoving principles. While there introduces a logical relation inthe foreigon, there will appear some good rules in which there is no relation between the law and the rights. After passing thetime, there will appear the past, logical rights refer to thereigon of the country that produces them. The rights of externalrights limit to the other countries, thus it raises this questionthat the logical rights of which country would be used in suchrelation? In this hence, we always face the contradictions eitherin the internal rights or in the international one. There are thedifference between the past and present law causes thedifference of internal law which was assigned by legislators inthe country, but the difference at international, private law is between the principles of two countries which have thedifferent legislative, specific references. The other differencerefers to the rights that do not return to the past in the internallaw, besides in the international field, they are the source atpromptly effect of law.
