Abstract :
A simple and efficient synthesis of aminomethylene bisphosphonates (N-BPs) has been developed by the reaction of diethylphosphite, triethylorthoformate and various amines in the presence of Nanoparticle TiO2 as catalyst at 100 ?C under solvent free conditions. The lead compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity.
