Abstract :
The present study investigated the role of employees’ sense of self-efficacy on the relationship between organizational socialization and organizational performance. For this purpose, 44 subjects were chosen as sample size from statistical population of employees of housing foundation in Ardebil using Cochran sampling formula. For data collection, three standard questionnaires of sense of self-efficacy, organizational socialization and organizational performance were used. The collected data was analyzed using path analysis, which showed that sense of self-efficacy has a significant effect on the relationship between organizational performance and organizational socialization. In addition, there is no significant relationship between organizational performance and socialization at α=0.05.
