Abstract :
Todays organizations must gain advantages to compete with other organizations, and because of the importance of staff in every organization, the managers must identifying the best and key staff of their organizations. Prosperous key staff or organizational talent can contribute to higher performance as a source of competitive advantage by making organizations more productive. The purpose of this paper is applying a integrated method to key staff Selection. The approach is based on Logarithmic fuzzy preference programming and TOPSIS methods. LFPP method is used in determining the weights of the criteria by decision makers and then choosing key staff are determined by TOPSIS method.
