Evaluation of the Substructure Factors on the Knowledge Management Establishment in Mazandaran Payame Noor University

The important aim of the study was to evaluation of the substructure factors on the knowledge management establishment in Mazandaran Payame Noor University. The studying society is includes all staff of Payame Noor University mazandaran. The volume of sample according academic basics and sample volume determination table is 210 people that selected using simple accidental sampling method of population. Research method of stamp had been and for survey questions research specific, Using of tow tools questionnaire. Thus For analyzing of special questions in the research we used these tools: A questionnaire includes 28 questions in 4 dimensions include: Information Technology, Organizational Culture, Organizational Learning and human resources that are prepared for assessment knowledge management establishment. For determining questionnaire validity content and formal validity have been used and the reliability of questionnaire was studied with utilization of Cronbachs alpha and it was calculated 0/92. The research data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistics and one sample T-test. The research findings demonstrate that is ideal available status Mazandaran Payame Noor University for knowledge management establishment.
