Engagement and its Omission

Engagement is an agreement to marry between son and girl. In other word distance between suit and marriage called engagement. And doesn’t create responsibility to marry and just is a moral promise. In this chapter we analysis the concept of engagement and we analyze the impact of it and we talk about law amends that let man and woman to quit before marriage and if this action create damages sides should makeup damages but this damages are about common economic issues and sides can request gifts that they gave to other part.
