Given that universities are one of the largest social institutions in terms of size, scope and diversity of Intellectual capital. therefore the role of knowledge Management at them is presented more than other Organizations. the universities with productivity and knowledge Management Can stepping into their Competitive goals and gain to higher degree of quality, innovation and Efficiency.
