Enthalpies of vaporization of a series of the 1-iodoalkanes

The values of molar enthalpies of vaporization for the first 20 members from C1 to C20 of the homologous series of 1-iodoalkanes were estimated from the temperature dependence of the vapor pressure. A linear correlation of enthalpies of vaporization Δ l g H m ° at 298.15 K of 1-iodoalkanes with the number of carbon atoms has been found.
