Abstract :
This research presents a model based on fuzzy set theory for determining the score of the quality of working life of employees in organization. The statistical populations include all employees of IAU branches regional 13 in 2012. The statistical population consists of 6300 members of this organization that tables Bartlett 119 people as statistical sample is selected .In order to collect data from a sample of members of the questionnaire used. For this purpose based on the four dimensions Thomas Tuttel questionnaire designed and its validity and reliability have been assessed and approved. In order to assess the QWL as a model was designed based on fuzzy math. This model has five basic steps. In the first stage, a fuzzy system is designed that formed by input variables of four dimensions of QWL for employees and the output score of QWL employees organization. Secondly have been partitioning scheme input and output variables have to be transformed into fuzzy numbers. In the third stage, the inference rules to the rules if - then they will be prepared based on the literature and expert opinion. The fourth step is defuzzification. In the fifth stage of the model is tested on the model of the model test results show the validity of the model is high. The result indicated that the score of QWL in IAU branches regional13 with the membership rank of 0.748 was at an average level and with the membership rank of 0.252 was at a high.
