Comparison of the Views of Headquarters Managers in the Ministry of Islamic Culture and Guidance on the Elements Contributing to the Ethical System Governing the Managers, Activities on the Basis of Population Variables

Various professions have different ethical standards in terms of sensitivity and responsibility to serve society. Today, in analyzing the behavior of organizations, to address the ethical and moral values is one of the requirements. The outer symbol of organizations is composed by ethical behavior which is the sum of the values of the organizations various ethics emerged in the organization. According to this, the purpose of the present study is to compare the views of managers in the headquarters of the Ministry of Islamic Culture and Guidance on the elements contributing to the ethical system governing the managers, activities on the basis of population variables. The research population includes all headquarters managers in the Ministry of Islamic Culture and Guidance. 181 of them were selected by Morgan samples table. To collect data, demographic information questionnaire and professional ethics questionnaires were used. And data analyses were performed using SPSS statistical software and appropriate statistical tests. The findings showed that in comparison of the sample views according to demographic variables, there is no significant difference in the elements influencing the structure of ethical system governing the activities of headquarters managers in the Ministry of Islamic Culture and Guidance.
