New availabilities of EDXRF as a result of high power spectrum processing

Using the new elaboration for the spectrum deconvolution in EDXRF permits to get the energy resolution in EDXRF in practice like the same in the wavelength XRF by means of the special digital filtering of energy-dispersive spectra and special method of least-squares fit. work the main principles of new technique for spectrum processing are considered and the practical examples of its applications comparing with the standard techniques of energy-dispersive spectrum deconvolution are shown.
