Abstract :
The intensity of cavitation versus temperature and the intensity of agitation of liquid caused by the pressure of ultrasonic radiation have been compared for traditional chlorinated solvents and freons used in ultrasonic cleaning, and for 10 selected solvents offered by various companies as substitutes.
endations have been formulated as regards the possibility of using these solvents in industrial ultrasonic cleaning.
