Enforcing the Principles of Human Rights in Armed Conflicts

Nowadays it is believed that during armed conflicts, human rights law is not completely replaced by international humanitarian law. Nonetheless, the real effects of this new view are not fully understood yet, especially considering the fact that international humanitarian law is totally influenced by the concept of military necessity.
