Abstract :
Physics opportunities and technical issues of the γγ and eγ colliders are reviewed. In particular, (1) the role of the high energy γγ and eγ interactions to explore the mechanism of the symmetry breaking and its complementarity to the e+e− interaction, and (2) the importance of a realistic design of the interaction region, are discussed.
